A friend of mine (190) bought one of these and (if I remember correct) said it did a good job. Maybe he'll see this thread and chime in on it. Personally, I think that $30 is a bit steep. Check out the computer stores (local if you can) and you can buy the fan w/pigtail for a lot less. A couple of plastic drywall anchors w/screws and you're good to go.

I also have never needed it either ..
I agree,a Bit pricey as well..

It does seem likely it would help keep things a bit cooler ( if yours runs Hot...mine never runs Hot...a bit warm at times is all)

I've never had a problem with it overheating, so I never had a reason to try it.
