I had tried that with no response
Lou actually only lives somewhere just down the road from me but haven't heard him on the air in many years.
I know he had some health problems in the past.
I hope he is doing ok.
He used to be the go to guy for this stuff.
My friend Tracy , KE6OYE built several of his dynamic speech processors and Tracy even made his own based off of his board.
I had most of his books at one time, Pll book , screwdrivers expert, and his export service manuals.
He contributed a lot to CB radio.
You know I had a phone number for him, I will dig around and see if I still have it.
Been years.
