Can someone tell me about these Ionosphere Layers?

How many Miles above the Earth does the D Layer Start?

And the same for the E Layer and F1 and F2

I went to the link you gave and it says what the D E Layers do but not there Hightes???????????

I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
