which makes me think along the lines of a TRC-451 / Cobra 146 or the Uniden PC-122 those radios carried the 2824 chip ,BUT ! the Cobra 140 didn't have a mic gain on it and it could have had a 8719 in it.Mabey they just opened it up, saw "uniden" on the board, and said "this is one of those vintage, rare, collectable, hard to find unidens."
