I must say I am running a JT7905 works very well. It is a dualband Mobile Antenna. I like them better than Comet's and they cost less.

all the specs show to be exactly same as the comet..
how is it better (although is cheeper to buy)

Not same quality. Alot of Comets are not 100% Steelwhips. The Jetstreams are same specs as Diamonds at about half price.Same performance.

From what I hear all too often on these forums, it makes little difference what the specs are, what counts is the particular installation. I suspect they all are different in some way or another. Besides that how much difference could there be among the items mentioned here if installed correctly?
