Jumper Lengths?

I have two radios to hook uo to one antenna, my question is how long of jumpers should i use?
I am going from both radios to a switcher then to the amp then to a meter and then the antenna.

Right now my swr is 1.2 with what i am using, but goes way up when I turn the amp on, what gives?
