Has this power mod been done sucessfully? Jumper on on the left looks closed in the image, but both the 3w configuarations show it open.

I'm looking to increase the high power setting to 3W and low to 500mw That looks like
C-O-C-C Is that correct? Someone else has said O-C-O-O for 69LPD channels 3w and 24ch PMR with 3w. Not purchased this yet, but need a clear route before I go ahead. Please Note. This TX will ONLY be used in emergency conditions and TBH I'm not concerned about regulations if that occurs.
