This is my first post on antennas. I got out my Cobra 148gtl after several months of storage and I have a K40 antenna with a magnetic roof mount I was checking it out and found the coax was damaged sent away for the parts to fix it and will be up and running this weekend.I would like to hear info on the K40 are there still many in use what would be better any tip's

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
