Kale Rocks

I bought a used Predator 10k from a guy. It was a double coil and for some reason it wouldn't tune well on my pickup. It had a short shaft and the longer shaft antennas work better on my truck. Anyway i call Kale and he sends me the stuff to convert my 10k into a single coil with a 17 inch shaft and a new stinger. I didn't even send the money yet!! It's only been like 3 days. Now that is what i call service, considering i didn't buy direct from him or a dealer.

DX Man, 22" shaft is defenetly the way to go. Not all that much difference between that shaft and the 27". I have I think all of his shafts, and right now Im useing the 27" on my Suburban, but I have the 22" on my Chevy van. (both are the duel coil 10K's)

Tryed the 22" on my burb. And about the only difference I could see, was I get a 1.0 swr on more channels, with the 27", than with the 22". But not enough difference, that anyone would notice on the other end.

If anyone is thinking of getting a Predator 10K, the 22" or 27" shaft, is the way to go.<img src=http://users.joplin.com/dutch64804/0pouce.gif ALT=":pounce">
