Nice radio. I bought one last summer just before a road trip. I bought the RDS software to program it. Incredible wideband receive.

I really don't want to sell it. It's the nicest dual band I've had. I have the RT Systems software, which is nice. This rig paired up with the wideband antenna (can't remember model) is awesome setup.

The faceplate does a 180 but isn't removable correct?

It's removable and you can buy a remote separation kit to remote mount the head.
