I bought a 2970dx set-up by them.I was very happy with the transmit and receive by them.Would not be afraid to buy from them.
 
Jim is a sharp dude. I suppose turn around time all depends on how busy with work they are. Another factor would be if it's warranty or a send in repair/tune.
 
I have had him work on my Galaxy 2547 and he did a GREAT job!
Did a couple of mods and fix one problem.
Like 9C1Driver said...... depending on how busy he is will determine on
how fast you get it back. But he did an excellent job for me!
 
I talked to him today, loaded with work, hopefully this week.
Nice guy to talk to.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
