Looking for any and all information on a Lafayette HB-500 CB Base Radio. If anyone has a copy of Sams PhotoFacts Volume CB-9 and could provide info on this radio it would be greatly appreciated. Have a great day!

Sent you a PM with relevant info.

For the lurkers, the copyright from 1973 is still in force. So even though I'm not profiting from it and believe I am in the clear, no telling how a third party might react if copyrighted material were publicly available.

Try as I might I can not find the inline fuse that it shows in the pic. I have looked everywhere even with a flashlight. Also the photofacts doesn't say anything about the two 3 pin power sockets on the back. I am not getting power for some reason. I tried 13.8v in both sockets and got nothing...

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
