i found this in the astatic mic wiring guide.
it is for the 6 wire mics but it might help.
colors should be the same in your 4 wire mic.
white-pin 1
shield-pin 4
yellow- no connection
blue-pin 3
red-pin 2
black-pin 5
here is a link to the owners manual for your radio, and in the alignment procedure, you will find a layout of the mic pins and what number they are.
