I have several Larcan 1kW lo/lo amplifier modules for use on either 6-meters or modify for 2-meters. Lots of info online.
I also have 1kW high band VHF modules. These will work well at the 220MHz band. I'm not confidant of their operation at 2-meters and have not seen credible modifications for that band. The FETs (SRF3942 / MRF151) could be harvested for use as replacement parts.
RF curves and other tech documentation is available.
Lo/lo $370 each, VHF hi-band $100 each. DC input connectors are included. Proceeds to local club.
Shipping is roughly $75-$110 extra for Canada Post / USPS throughout the USA. Please email for shipping quotation elsewhere.
If there is enough interest I'd consider a visit to one of the North East swap meets in the Spring and could bring them along.
