Limited Space Antenna

Alright I went out and got myself a Uniden Washington for 100 bucks works great. So I would like to know with limited space beinging 1 room and 1 window....what I can do for Antenna.



Any ideas for peopel who dont have space for a 22 footter, and easy to transport as I am going to college soon.

There's a couple apartment antennas that you can hang off the window sill. Also, a 102" whip would work pretty good. Pretty small and if you can run it up to the roof and figure out a mount to get it a groundplane, you'll be in business.

Sounds to me like you picked up an Antron 99. If that's what it is, you don't need a ground except for lightning protection.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
