Looking at a harris rf 2301 125 watt military radio

Its in nonworking condition, doesnt power up
When plugged in. Any ball park advice on what its worth? With the plan of sending it out to be repaired. Has the power cord , mic and manual.

I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
