Loop antenna question

I was browsing the net for different types of loop antenna's for indoors SW and HAM bands Last night. I ran across this site: P2P FM

Than i noticed this antenna: Photo uploaded see files below

My neighbor has this same type of antenna but it has what looks like microwave wire dish behind it and its on the roof...? i have photo i upload that one too:

If you're seeing a bunch of the same small odd looking jobs like that around a town, they are a local network "cable" TV system.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
