i would like to wire up an older d104 desk mic to a magnum 257.

anyone know what wires go to wich pins?

I got an ancient D104 wired as follows for the 257:

Pin 1=white

Pin 2=black

Pin 3=red

Pin 4=n/a

Pin 5=shield



and of course, the normal warning with the magnum....watch out for pin 6 because there is power going to it!

Base:
President Lincoln, AR-3500 (100 watt), KLV 550, Interceptor 10K

Mobile:Magnum 357, Wilson 1000</p>

I put the blue on my pin 5 along with the sheild if that makes any difference ( mine is working like that)
