I have a question, I am going to be moving very shortly to a trailer court that does not allow big antennas like an A99 ect. Well The new housetrailer we are buying to park there has a metal roof. I was wondering if anyone on here has ever stuck a Magnet Mount CB antenna on a metal roof of a trailer before? And if you did what kind of results did you have? distance, reception ect? ... I know these can work somewhat good on cars . the trailer will have a metal roof and the trailer also has alluminum sidding... I am hopping this may work that way I can still keep my hobby indoors instead of just the car.

102" steel whip on a 3 or 4 magnet mount as close to center of the roof as you can get. It's not a beam but will work well.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
