"upgrade kit" installed while i'm at it.i'm unsure who to send

email to for the info on repairs? just for giggles;i called them almost 1 year ago and they said they would send out the upgrade kit right away! NEVER GOT IT !! of course i didn't

follow up with all the workload i've had lately,but......

i heard that "Chris" fellow is their tech and just wondered

if anyone knew of his email addy or is he reached thru the

magnum radios site? thanks to all;i appreciate it! SLIM

I am on my second Delta, the first was a very early model. I don't care for the place that does their warranty work, it's called the shop or the c.b. shop, I forget. The work is second rate at best. Get with RR and see what he thinks. If you can get the list of up-grades then send it to Richard at 8541 Electronics and have him work on it.

Richard at 8541 Electronics is another good choice, like Laguna S3 said! Also very good with the RCI line too! Fast service!
