Magnum Delta Force some problems on emissions

Hello ! Can you help me with some advice?
I have an Albrecht AE Ultraforce (
identical
Magnum Delta Force ) radio, it has some problems on emissions. When I press PTT it can be heard on the other radio only if I have the power set to 1-2 W, if I increase the power from the button, the signal disappears at the microphone.
I have power when I press PTT, over 20 W
The modulation disappears only when 1-2 w pass .

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
