Hello,

I'm adjust L132, L133, L134 and now dead key is highest around 27.200 but pep power looks diferent.
High reading of pep is on 10 meters.
How can i fix this?
Take a look at video.
 

looks to me you do not have the radio aligned properly. the power balance is off. align it in the middle of the bands and see if you can get it closer to the same.

I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
