Anyone know what program is best to compose QSL cards?

The need has arisen, so I need to get on that horse and ride.

Can you use Windows Paint?

Or - what would you recommended?

anything graphics related i always resort to Adobe Photoshop, but unless you're in the business and can write it off it's a bit of an (okay, massive) investment
save the template as a .psd and you can change whatever layers you like whenever you like

Is there any particular place to get them done for freeband type QSL cards? Most of the online places are pretty much geared up for Hams only. I am looking to make both types of QSL cards - Ham and freeband.

Just made a NEW QSL card what do you think? will have addy on it for final..... Kind of wish Info was on back though will try play with it later Or should I use second pic?

Almost all, if not all QSL printers will have no problem printing a CB/Freeband QSL card.

I like the first card you did better. It would be great if the info for the contact was on the back and just you Call, addy and email etc. on the front.

What program are you using for this?

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes

Wes, it's better if you start a thread on the main forum, more people are going to see your question.
