Mellish Reef DXpedition On Track for Early 2014

Preparations to put VK9MT on the air from Mellish Reef continue. The VK9MT team is moving forward with plans to activate this rare DXCC entity in late March and early April 2014. The current schedule calls for 10 full days of operation on 160 through 10 meters, CW, SSB, and RTTY, with 10 operators. “Team Mellish” reports it already has written permission to land on the island.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
