What happens if one changes the roller inductor from 24-uH to say 35-uH or 44-uH or even 77-uH? Or change out air capacitors to vacuum one instead of 500pf 10-1200pf?

Curious about it for something kinda doodling in my head for a home made tuner.

Obviously a larger tuning range. Vacuum cap vs standard air gap higher voltage handling and more consistent capacitance.
