Mic Wiring: D-104M6b to 6-pin RCI 2950dx

Hi all. I'm hoping someone can take me through the basics of re-wiring a 4-pin D104M6b for use on a RCI/Ranger 2950dx (2012/6-pin). I found a basic pin diagram on CB Tricks, but would prefer someone to confirm wires to pins. I don't want an adaptor and am aware I will lose the channel changing function. Thanks in advance for your replys.

Two ways to do this, Either wire the mic to to a six pin plug; or buy a converter plug. I go with the adapter plug, because I can keep all of my mics wired to the standard wiring and can choose which mic to use on the radio as I wish.

Thanks Robb, I don't want the adaptor and I should have noted that I already have the unused plug. It's not difficult, I realize, I was just hoping for some confirmation from someone who had done it. Thanks again though.
