Need CM-10 plus mic wiring

I have just joined today and I have a CM-10 plus but not original mic and would like to know how to get roger beep working with other mics. I have cobra mic and Aries DM-452 Power/Echo. Both are 4 pin. Hope I am posting in the right place. Thanks.
