Need Help Identifying parts Ranger 69Base

I apologize if this is in the wrong location, please move it if necessary. I have a Ranger 69Base I bought for parts and it has a missing L42, and L40 has a cracked slug. I know these are variable inductors and near the final section but I have no idea what the values of these are, or a schematic to even look for myself. Is anyone able to identify the value of L42 and possibly L40? The numbers on the side of L42 is 12 440 9HC but that don't pop out to me as any importance.

I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
