need help with a 455khz add on

i want to add a second 455khz filter to my radio to cut down on the receiver rx bleed over anybody knows the pin out i know some have 5 pins instead of 3
3 of those pins are gounds the input and output now do i connect input to output of the second 455.?? thanks
