G'day all... I've got this ATAS 120 and been using it for 2 years or so, now it suddenly wont work. Tried checking it up, the motor works perfectly, i'm guessing the problem is probably in the component's module. Does anyone here ever had the same problem? Is it possible to fix the module or it'd be better to buy a new one? Where can i buy the module set though?

I've owned a few of these antennas and from my recollection they are sealed and not repairable by the end user.

I can't say specifically what the problem was, but the earlier ATAS-120's had a problem such as you are experiencing. It was 'cured', but not having one of those antennas I didn't pay much attention to what that 'cure' was.
I would think that one of the things you should do is check the control cable between radio and antenna (if you haven't already done so). I think there must be a 'user's group' for the ATAS-120, and that would be a very good place to ask about your problem.
Good luck with it!

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
