Need info/opinion on Johnson Sure cm21a desk mic

Just bought a sure cm21a Mic that's Johnson labeled, need info, mic wiring. Any thoughts or opinions on this mic are welcome. Currently the Mic is wired 5-pin Johnson. I would like to wire it with a 4-pin lug and wire it to 4-pin cobra.
