Need tech for President JFK mod/restore.

I just picked up an original JFK from france. Need someone to do the mod to unlock it, as it's stuck on straight 40. (i think a couple traces need to be cut and 2 crystals added). Radio otherwise works but can use a tuneup/check. Puts out about 6w max with rf power up. Also need to kill the talkback when external speaker connected. Don't know if thats a "feature" but it makes radio unusable. Not in a rush but would like to get it in someone's queue. PM with recommendations if you don't want it public... This is a nostalgia thing for me so even if the cost is slightly irrational I'm fine with putting a few bucks into it. This is "one of those radios that got away".
