i want to tap the radio to use on trunk 88 full time

What does "tap the radio" mean and what does "Trunk 88" refer to?

He wants to run a discriminator tap on his radio (base band audio) its the trace on the mainboard to unfiltered audio and trunk88 is to monitor trunking control channels with his computer but i don't think it will work with this radio

I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
