need virage vx39 info please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i need all the alighment and mod info for this radio cant find it anywheres i wouls greatly apprciate it thanks!!! also have trouble with the variable talkback sqealling and varing in volume one minute the volume will be loud next you cant hardly hear it can some give me info on how to fix that to thanks!!!!!!!
