Wow thats interesting pretty cool I think your onto something there Im thinking if anythiong was gonna let go it would have already. theres always a new trial with the Mosfet setup when thats complete :)
 
He did a great job, and I think it is very cool he can tinker like that with positive results. I wish I had the know how. That said volted radio's are bad news so don't get too excited. Checking that radio out on a scope would be something to see I think with volted finals and 1 watt swinging 40.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
