i wonder how the AM side of this compares to a magnum s-9/980 ????????
i still think it was cheesy to go with a 5 digit counter over a 6 digit one on a $300 radio though .

I have to agree on the 5 digit display point - since the clarifier is unlocked on these radios from the factory it would be nice if it was set up for a 6 digit counter on the LCD that would track TX and RX. On these types of radios I usually prefer a locked clarifier but I think a lot of the export radio crowd wants them unlocked.

Very nice radios overall - excellent SSB stability and the reports on the other end are excellent.

Always helps to have 2 opinions, although it'll be a rare find to see a bad review on the Omegaforce.
