If Joe at davemade knew someone did that to his amp, he would would call the owner so many cuss words....probably a few you never heard before.
What makes you think he didn't do that when he called to buy the amp?

It is a very simple modification and I can see it's viability that can be done with a quick trip to your local Radio Shack.

Joe would never put a SSB switch in any amp for starters. Joe would never put a similar switching system in any amp with a built in driver!
No legitimate amp builder would put half ass labels on the front of any amp.
I have bought from Joe and talked with him at a few of the North Carolina breaks.......he is what he is. One of his quotes "Only a fucking idiot volts an amp with a built in driver".
And Mack is right, it's easy to do the mod yourself...a switch, relay, and some teflon wire.
Worldwide and fatboy amp assembly is by far the neatest.
Alao kind of funny that 2 #10 wires are feeding the amp power strip.......one #10 is all they come with and more than what's needed.
He needs lots of help to show astonishment so his hearing must also be lacking.
He does hold the guinness record for the longest ears on a living dog and he lives in Colorado.
