Hi folks, you have always been very helpful in the past and Im a new guy. I recently aquired a Citizen MPL 5. The sideband works well but no am. No carrier, nothing. The radio was hacked but I have tried to bring everything back to factory using a duplicate radio. I am at a loss. Any suggestions.
