No talkback on Galaxy 44?

There shoulod be a wire, usually blue going from the echo board down to the main board, make sure it's there.

I was trying to figure out a 44 last night that doesnt have any talkback. Looked to see if j15 was disconected and it was not. I would like some pics of the inside of the 44 and echo board if any one has them. Seems to be a wire missing or something to me. I know the echo works as i set it using another radio.
