just got one of these from fleabay. no transmit but it does have receive. anyone worked on one of these and no some of the common problems? so far it looks like there should be 8volts? going to the main RF board and there isn't. it has been soldered here and there but the relay kicks in on transmit just nothing happens. the pa mode doesn't work either so maybe the finals are gone? but there still should be voltage going to the RF final section. tried tracing several things but with no luck. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks
