Ok does anybody now how many amps you can get from the cigarette lighter (not what's in the book wat you realy can do) I would like to hook up m'n mid duck radio and little amp to the lighter

It depends on your car. You need to look in the owner's manual and see which fuse the cig lighter is hooked up to. The value of that fuse will tell you the max amps. Most of the ones I've seen in small cars are about 10 amps. Bigger cars and trucks can be 15-20 amps.
