[The War Wagon]

1. The Licensee’s failure to timely electronically file the Station’s Children’s Television Programming Reports for four quarters constitutes apparent willful and/or repeated violation of Section 73.3526(e)(11)(iii). In addition, the Licensee’s display of a URL for a website during its children’s programming constitutes a violation of Section 73.670(b) of the Commission’s rules.

With everything ELSE you hafta file quarterly, how do you overlook THIS? For four CONSECUTIVE quarters?!?!
