Got a old para dynamics meter it is a pdc 137 and says on back that is calibrated for 148mhz to 160mhz and can it be calibrated for 27mhz.thanks

Most likely not. Well rather, anything is possible, but you're probably way better off time and money wise buying a meter made for the HF bands.

Just buy another meter for 1.8-30mhz and you will be better off.
