P.Lincoln

Hello !
It started with the transmitter was wrong om 27MHz, about 600KHz up and drifting. 28-30MHz was allright.
I troubleshoot with freeze spray, when I came to the IC303,(1 on photo), it went stright right on frequency, both TX and RX on 27MHz.
I replaced the 7805 and IC303, (i took IC303 from my Emperor TS-5010),when I measure on 7805, I happened to slip and shorted ground and 5v on 7805.
I replaced C323 and D311 also. I then put freeze spray on the spot 2(photo) and the frequecy went right on 27MHz, for about 30 sek. Also try with the VR301, to correct the freq. but no good. Now it's strange on 28MHz also. Could the IC304 gone bad?
I got the CPU shema drawn by Rick Jackson to compare with.
Grateful if anyone can help me with this problem.
(I got a frequency meter,digital voltmeter,SMD-tester, but no oscilloskop.)

Best regards Lars
