Hi Gang,
I have on the bench a Panasonic RJ-3660 that I have been working on. New caps, de-mod and align. The radio is AM only and will dead key at 3.7 watts. Modulation looks great on the scope but it id dropping the power back to 3 watts with a dual tone. I have re-aligned it a few times to be sure it is set correctly. The AMC is not clipped. Any thoughts to why it would have this behavior?

Thanks as always!!!!
