I have no manual, this is what the box says.

Measures VSWR from 1:1 to 20:1 3% accuracy, measures power in two ranges: 0-10 watts, 0-100 watts - 10% accuracy, measures modulation from 0-100% 10% accuracy and measures filed strength 3.5 -150 MHZ.

According to the box it measures field strength from 3.5-150mhz.
It it not specific about VSWR (or power).

Anyone familiar with the Philmore, I like to roll my own when it comes to antennas for VHF, either cut down CB or extend cellular mag antennas. I am used to using alot more hi-tech equipment at work to test and tune but I like something for the house.

Should I trust the Philmore on VHF?

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
