So, I have a Shure 526T mic I'd like to wire up to this radio. The Shure like 6-pin male... that's gotta come off and I need to wire up to the Royce 4-pin.
Can someone make this brainless for me? Clearly I have too many wires in the Shure.

If that's a Royce 1-640 it should probably go like this:
Pin1 - Audio - White wire
Pin2 - Shield - Shield/Ground
Pin3 - TX - Red
Pin4 - Open

If you're having trouble finding the mic input on that, it's just to the right of TR28.

I took a look at the schematic of the mic & the schematic in the SAMS CB-77.
What I come up with is
Pin 1 - gets the mic white wire (AUDIO)
Pin 2 - gets the mic blue wire & shield twisted together
Pin 3 - gets the mic red wire (XMT)
Pin 4 - gets the mic blk wire (RCV)
