Like any older radio, the electrolytic capacitors will be getting close to retirement if you choose a 2510. A shop like DTB can recap it for you and give it a full alignment if you want to go with that radio. Still a fine choice to go with.

The RCI-2950DX, RCI-2970DX, and the S-45 Omegaforce would all be fine choices if you wanted to get something different.
