After only 2 hours of use the TURBO ECHO mic from RF LIMITED which costs $74.95 lost all audio. Also the echo was at full strength by 2 on the slider. Avery light weighted mic. The two halves move around when you press the PTT. All in all I'm glad it was a give away with my new radio. At least I'm not out the $75 bucks!
Update: I called Bob of Bob's CB & Wireless (where it came from), and he said much the same as you guys are saying. He asked me to send it back and he will either fix or replace it.<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/happy.gif ALT="">
Update #2: Just received this mic back from Bob and he informed me that there was a pinched wire that had broken. The mic is now working fine!
