yes i would be warey about buying from a 2 poster.just found this cool site.i got lucky one is almost mint.the other lol.var ,talk back,turbo echo.every one has had their way with it
I am buying this tomorrow for $75.00 max. I may try to get it cheaper. I know it is modded for 11 meters as that is how I found out about it. I am really looking forward to owning a radio that has many more freq's . I hope the output power can be turned down to 2 or 3 watts. He claimed it is already down to 3 watts.

@ heartbreaker3473:Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
